Returns & Refunds Policy
Kwench products are consumable supplements. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.
Faulty or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kwenchit.co.za with:
Your order number
A photo of the product and packaging
We will assess your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@kwenchit.co.za and we will investigate with our courier.
